I ordered a York Wallpaper from them purely on the basis of price. I didn't order enough. I called to get expedited shipping of more. They can't expedite shipping. WHO can't call FEDEX or UPS?
Then, when I had too much (a good problem with wallpaper), I returned an unopened double roll. PER BELLACOR, it went direct to the mfr from which it was shipped. The day I shipped, the item was full price. They credited me LESS THAN 50%. Why?
Although I bought one double roll, (and the item only comes as double rolls), they credited me the sale price of a SINGLE roll. They didn't respond to my customer service request.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $30.
