I ordered a fairly pricy European metal hamper through Bellacor. They sent one with the wrong color lid (it came in two colors).
The packing box had no paperwork in it, although the email confirming the purchase did show a consumer-complaint email address and phone number (now closed for the evening).
Let us hope their consumer service will pay for the return, but after reading other reviews of this company I am pessimistic. I used them because Amazon -- which I've found to be reliable around paperwork and returns -- had run out of the product themselves and had a link to this company.
Maybe Amazon should drop this link. I wish I'd read your website beforehand.
